A helping hand, just when you need it...
Handyblokes, a professional Handyman service for people living and working in London.
Getting a reliable tradesman in to do small jobs around your home or office is, in London,
an almost impossible task.
Most trades people only want jobs which will cost you hundreds of pounds or, better still (for them)
££££'s! They're not interested in a call out unless it's at least worth £100.00 and then,
after 10 minutes of head scratching, they'll probably say to you, 'you need a new widget'. The new 'widget' will cost you an arm and a leg
and then there's the fitting fee on top!
We're not greedy and are happy to work for you for as little as an hour at a time and
at probably the best rate advertised on the web. However, apart from the simplest tasks, not a lot can
be done in an hour (unless it's a straight forward 'widget' change). Thats why I decided to
introduce a special half day rate. For a fixed fee we'll work for
you for up to four hours (parts/materials extra). No hidden charges, no endless cups of tea, no sloping off every ten minutes
for a cigarette break! Simply four hours of honest graft doing work that you need doing
Our Services to you...
We're not conventional jobbing builders and have no intention of going down that road. What we do are small Handyman jobs that
you may not have the time, inclination or expertise to do yourself. Click here to find the type of work we can do for you.

A Handyman's Top tip!
If you have squeaky floorboards try sprinkling some talcum powder in the gaps.
Providing they're not too far apart this will act as a 'lubricant' and stop the squeaking.
Failing that, look for where there are already nail (or brad) heads and drill pilot holes about half an inch either side of these, then screw in two and a half inch wood screws.
